Job Description:

• Achieve the department vision, KPIs and stretch goals that are set by the company;
• Exemplary in conduct, possess self- motivation and high discipline to excel in performance;
• Accountable and responsible for the day-to-day effective and efficient operations of the assigned shop;
• Responsible to team building and assist in training the team to acquire the skills and competency levels required in the job;
• Personally coach and counsel the team for corrective behaviour so as to maximize the performance of every retail team member.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ level and at least 3 years of retail shop operations experience holding a supervisory level position
• Able to work in weekends and public holidays;
• Result oriented and superior people management skills;
• Strong in coaching and counselling in changing people’s behaviour and mindset;
• A team builder constantly explore and groom individual potential to acquire the skills and knowledge needed in the job
