Primary Function:
This role is responsible for supporting the HR Manager and team in the implementation, administration and communication of HR Functions. You will be providing support in the areas of manpower planning, recruitment and selection as well as employment engagement programs.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Recruitment / Talent Acquisition

1. Responsible for recruitment and selection process, targeting at bringing in competent staff in accordance to budget and manpower plan.
2. Source and propose effective recruitment avenues – advertisement, job fairs, etc
3. Work with Schools on industrial attachment and traineeship programs.
4. Responsible for liaison with MOM and Immigration departments on visa and work pass application as well as issues relating to employment cessation.
5. Prepare documents and logistics for new hires.
6. Updating and maintaining monthly staff turnover and fulfillment report.

Employee Engagement and Communication

1. Assist to execute HR initiatives; focus on implementing successful and motivational initiatives that attract, retain and develop talents within the company.
2. Preparation of Staff communication correspondences.
3. Administer annual Employee Satisfaction Survey.
4. Perform exit interview with resigning staff. Compile and analyze findings to present to management team.
5. Organizing staff events such as Annual D&D and quarterly welfare programs
6. Any other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

• Diploma in HRM or its relevants
• Possess min. 2 years of HR generalist working experience, preferably from Retail or Service Industry
• Able to multi-task, good operational skills with high level of integrity and initiatives.
• A people person, possessing strong communication skills to interact with internal and external customers.
• Well versed with local labour legislations and immigration matters.
