Job Description:

• Assist the shop-in-charge in the day-to-day running of the shop;
• Provide superior customer service and aim at going an extra mile at all times;
• Greet all valued customers readily and be knowledgeable in products and promotions;
• Share all information with customers and be able to recommend products to cross-sell, up-sell or add-on sales;
• Share the FABs with all potential customers;
• Handle merchandise with utmost care;
• Maintain good working relationship with all other retail staff.

Job Requirements:

• Able to work in weekends and public holidays;
• Result oriented and superior customer service skills;
• Love communicating with customers
