Job Description:
- Assist the shop-in-charge in the day-to-day running of the shop;
- Provide superior customer service and aim at going an extra mile at all times;
- Greet all valued customers readily and be knowledgeable in products and promotions;
- Share all information with customers and be able to recommend products to cross-sell, up-sell or add-on sales;
- Share the FABs with all potential customers;
- Handle merchandise with utmost care;
- Maintain good working relationship with all other retail staff.
Job Requirements:
- Able to work in weekends and public holidays;
- Result oriented and superior customer service skills;
- Love communicating with customers
